Deposits for Video and Photography:
$200 Non-Refundable deposit is required.
Date Changes for Video and Photography:
$100 charge is assessed for changes in the reservation date. (see details for exceptions)
Deposits
To be certain that proper staff and equipment is available for each customer and utilized in the most effective manner we must hold reservations for our video and photography services. When we agree to commit resources for a service we must collect a non-refundable deposit to secure your date. Should you decide to cancel an agreement, the deposit will be retained to compensate for holding the event date and redirecting other customers.
Date Changes
Situations arise where the date or time of your event changes or must be moved. If it is necessary to change the date of your event, please notify our staff as soon as possible. Within one month of the originally scheduled event, we must charge a date change fee of $100 to compensate for the reservation and redirection of other customers. If you provide sufficient notice in advance of the one month cut-off, no charge will be assessed. Changes in time within 24 hours of the production cannot be accomodated. However, because we allocate total resources to your event on the day of production, no fees are charged for changes in the time of the shoot when notice is given prior to the 24 hour cut-off.
Complete Payment
All payments must be made in full before we release CD's, DVD's, files, cassettes, prints or passwords.
