Q:What forms of payment do you accept?
A:Currently, we accept cash, check and PayPal.com payments.

Q:Is financing available?
A:We do not offer financing.

Q:I cannot pay all at once. Do you accept multiple payments?
A:Yes, however CD's, DVD's, files, cassettes and passwords are retained until payment is made in full.

Q:Will my deposit be duducted from my final bill?
A:Yes, of course. Your deposit is a portion of payment which guarantees the reservation of the date of your event and will be deducted from your final total.

Q:I require one of your services in order to generate revenue. Can I pay you once money is made?
A:This type of arrangement cannot be accommodated. All payments must be made in full before finished products are released.

Q:I found a cheaper service. Will you match their price?
A:Yes, we will match any locally advertised competitor's price for similar services. The competitor must be listed in the telephone directory or be recognized as a competitor by Barwood Media. Price quotes are necessary.

Q:My Uncle Harry on Aunt Louise's side has agreed to video/photograph our wedding for $50 plus love and affection. Can you match this price?
A:Unfortunately, No.

Q:Do you rent equipment?
A:We do not rent equipment. We rent our recording studio and any equipment must remain on the premises.

Q:Do you have a store front?
A:No, at this time we are a homebased network of staff members. Our store front is BarwoodMedia.com.

Q:What if I am not satisfied with your service?
A:We will continue working until you are satisfied and gratified. If an agreement cannot be reached we refund your payment. In the event of a refund all CD's, DVD's, files, cassettes, prints and passwords are retained.

Video and Photo

Q:Is a deposit required?
A:For our video and photo services, yes, a $200 non-refundable deposit is required to reserve your date.

Q:What if the date of our event changes?
A:Please notify our staff as soon as possible if date changes occur. A $100 date change charge is assessed for altering the date of the video or photo service within one month of the original reservation.

Q:Inclement weather has caused us to reschedule our event. What will happen? Will the date change fee apply?
A:The date change fee will not apply in cases of inclement weather. Our staff will make every attempt to reschedule with you. If accommodations cannot be made we must retain the $200 non-refundable deposit to compensate for reserving your date and redirecting customers.

Q:If I cancel do you retain the deposit?
A:We must retain a $200 dollar non-refundable deposit when a cancelation occurs to compensate for reserving your date and redirecting customers.

Q:The time of our event has changed. What should we do?
A:Notify our staff as soon as possible. Changes in time beyond 24 hours prior to the event cannot be accommodated because staff and equipment may already be in transit to your event. Because we allocate total resources to your service, no charges are assessed for changes in the time of your event when we are notified prior to the 24 hour cut-off.

Q:Our event started late. What will happen?
A:We cannot be held accountable for timing outside of the contracted service schedule. Additional charges may apply for overages in time due to late starting events. In all cases, onsite staff will give advanced notice of time restraints, overages and additional fees.

Q:Am I able to view the finished product before I pay the final bill?
A:Of course, yes, we offer screenings for our video and photo services before final charges are assessed.

Q:What if I am not satisfied?
A:We will continue working until you are satisfied and gratified. If an agreement cannot be reached we refund your payment. In the event of a refund all CD's, DVD's, files, cassettes, prints and passwords are retained.

Web Services

Q:I need someone to run my website for me. Do offer this service?
A:No. We develop and implement a web presence for you, creating all initial content, graphics, domain and web space registries and we make all programs easily maintainable from a standard web browser. Once completed it will be your responsibility to maintain/update/expand the site.

Q:What if I experience a problem with one of the programs in the future?
A:We warrant our scripts for one year from the time of completion.

Q:After one year how will I renew the site and how much will it cost?
A:We provide instructions on space/domain renewal. At the time of print, the cost for one year space renewal is around $100 and domain renewal is around $15.

Q:Do you offer internet service?
A:No. We offer web space and domain registry along with site creation. You will have to select a separate internet service provider to access the internet.

Q:I already registered a domain/web space. Is there a reduction in the price of your web service?
A:No. It's actually less complicated to allow us to register the domain and/or web space for you. Additionally, the domains and web space will still need to be configured.

Kickbacks

Q:How do I receive a kickback?
A:Simple. Use our services. Recommend a friend or family member. If your friend or family member purchases a package we will give you a $50 kickback for the referral.

Q:How long is the kickback offer valid?
A:The kickback offer is valid for one year from the time of your original sale.

Q:How many friends and family members may I refer?
A:As many as you like! We greatly appreciate all referrals. However, only two kickbacks may be attained per customer.

Q:Can I use my own kickbacks for return services?
A:The kickbacks are reserved for referrals only. We offer a 10% discount for returning customers.
